In locations where we are the Architect of Record, our role is to produce the documents necessary for obtaining the required permit approvals and the tender documents for contractor bids and eventual construction. Our collaborative approach ensures our design partner clearly understands the code requirements and that any issues encountered are resolved together, without compromising the architectural concept. While producing the technical design documents, our effort focuses on the coordination and detailed development of the architectural systems supporting the architectural vision. Our collaboration relies on clear communication with our design partners and is supplemented by utilizing the most advanced technology available in the industry.

Renowned for seamless integration with the architect’s vision, our structural design group prides itself in efficient structural solutions that reinforce the design concept. Together with the design architect we evaluate options to ascertain the best structural design solutions for the project.

When our structural team’s involvement begins in the later design phases, our approach is to carry forward the structural concept, ensuring the efficiency of the structural design through advanced computational modelling.
