Since 2005 Michele Polizzi has been part of the SCE Project team as Project Architect.
Michele is the key figure for architectural façade design. Paying particular attention to sustainability issues related to the performance of the building envelope, he ensures the achievement of the best thermal, hygrometric and visual comfort inside the buildings.
Driven by the interesting challenges that this sector offers him and always focused on the final aesthetic rendering, Michele is committed to making each project a landmark in the urban landscape by looking for the optimal solutions with respect to the original concept.
Michele takes care of the coordination of all aspects that contribute to the success of an architectural project on a daily basis. Moreover, he is responsible for drafting and monitoring tender documents, technical specifications and cost estimates supervising all the crucial phases of the construction.
